We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hall Staff to join our dynamic team at Wara Sushi Chatswood in Springwood, QLD. In this casual position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and greeting guests

Seating customers and ensuring they have a comfortable dining experience

Assisting with the preparation and delivery of food and drinks to tables

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly

Supporting the overall operations of the restaurant as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
