About the role

Are you a Front of House (FOH) rockstar? We're looking for talented and enthusiastic wait staff to join the team at Mario's Italian Restaurant in Broadbeach, QLD. What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service and actively engaging with customers in a friendly demeanor

Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately

Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner

Maintaining a clean and organised dining area

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required
