Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard;
Ensure all food items are presented beautifully and in a timely manner;
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment;
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes;
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations;
Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies;
Provide excellent customer service and respond to any customer queries or concerns
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel environment
Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
Passion for creating innovative, high-quality dishes
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Formal culinary training or qualifications would be highly regarded
