We’re looking for a results-driven, creatively-minded Paid Social & Video Ads Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who not only understands the strategy behind high-performing paid ads, but can also concept, shoot, and edit compelling video content optimised for performance across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan and create direct response video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram),
TikTok, and potentially YouTube or Pinterest
• Film and edit short-form content optimised for conversions (e.g. UGC-style,
founder-led, product demos, testimonials)
• Work with brand teams to understand messaging, tone, and visual identity
• Continuously test creative angles, hooks, and formats to optimise ad
performance
• Collaborate with media buyers to review performance and iterate quickly
• Stay up to date with trends, platform changes, and creative best practices in
performance marketing
• Occasionally collaborate with influencers or external creators to guide or
repurpose content
• Organise and maintain asset libraries and production timelines
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4+ years of experience in paid advertising or performance marketing
• Strong skills in videography and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,
or similar)
• A solid portfolio of direct response ads or video content that actually converts
• Deep understanding of what makes a scroll-stopping hook, a strong CTA, and
high-performing ad creative
• Experience running or supporting ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
(execution or strategy)
• Strong analytical mindset, you know how to read performance data and pivot
quickly
• Highly organised and able to manage your own production timelines and
reporting
• Bonus: Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, etc.)
