Management Team – Esperance Pink Lake Tourist Park

We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, hands-on management couple/team to take over the management of the Esperance Pink Lake Tourist Park. (Single Applicants will not be considered on this occasion)

This is a fantastic opportunity in a great location, with a mix of tourist sites and cabins, and significant development having been undertaken, with more to come.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes

We’re looking for a management team that can bring the following:

Clear and effective communication with guests from booking through to departure.

Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, without exception.

Strong office, administration and computer skills – experience with Newbook (preferred) or RMS booking systems is highly regarded.

General maintenance/handyman skills.

A flexible attitude to work and hours.

Proven problem-solving ability – handling issues proactively, diplomatically and with common sense.

Ability to roster and manage a small team within wage budgets.

Experience with purchasing and budget management.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.

Previous involvement with development or capital works projects will be an advantage

What We Offer

Generous salary package of $145K + super (per couple).

On-site 3-bedroom home available (rental applies at $150 per week).

Two days off per week (excluding weekends).

The opportunity to be part of a small group of parks operating with complete autonomy
