The Role:

• Supporting a #1 Agent in the Inner West
• Proactively prospecting for new listings and expanding the client database to drive business growth
• Coordinating and conducting open homes
• Attending & Preparing for Auctions
• Callbacks, scoping for new opportunities with existing clients
• Managing communication and relationships with buyers and vendors
• Negotiating sales
• Analyzing the market & trends

The Candidate:

• Must be driven, passionate & motivated!
• High desire to be successful & number 1!
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Switched and driven to succeed
• The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
