About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact program focused on building out a future-ready technology environment, in preparation for a large-scale migration of systems and applications from a key partner.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a complex build and transition program, working closely with business analysts, solution designers, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface to the partner organisation, ensuring alignment and engagement across stakeholders.
• Manage scope and delivery within defined contractual and commercial boundaries.
• Lead the build-out of the target state environment, ensuring readiness for future migration activities.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience leading complex build, transition, and transformation programs.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate contractual frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in superannuation or financial services is preferred
