Warrnambool City Council is seeking a dedicated and skilled Safety & Risk Advisor to join our Safety and Risk Team.
As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering Health, Safety, Risk and Injury Management support services across Council. Working under the guidance of the Coordinator Safety & Risk, you’ll act as a technical expert and provide trusted advice to staff across the organisation.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in risk, safety or injury management (preferably in a local government or similar setting)
A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Skilled in building positive relationships and influencing outcomes
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively

The Benefits
Temporary full time position until 14 August 2026, with a starting salary of $76,310 per annum (pro-rata).
