The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to lead three critical pillars of our people function:
Internal Recruitment – own the end‑to‑end hiring process for corporate and operational roles, ensuring each hire strengthens our culture
Onboarding Excellence – design and deliver a memorable, high‑impact onboarding journey that sets every new starter up for success
HRIS Implementation – coordinate the rollout of a new HR information system [HRIS] and embed best‑practice processes
What You'll Do
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, craft values‑aligned position descriptions and job adverts, and run inclusive selection processes
Manage talent pipelines, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers with a warm, timely candidate experience
Own onboarding from offer to probation end: pre‑boarding, induction schedules, compliance, equipment, and feedback loops
Coordinate the HRIS project plan: requirements gathering, vendor coordination, data migration, and go‑live support
Build simple, scalable workflows [approvals, document management, self‑service] and create how‑to guides
Maintain accurate employee records and support day‑to‑day HR queries with discretion and care
About You
Experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition, or a related people operations role [mandatory]
Strong communicator with a candidate‑first mindset and a knack for storytelling our culture [mandatory]
Practiced in managing multiple tasks and stakeholders with clarity and momentum [mandatory]
Experience supporting HRIS implementation or process automation projects [desirable]
Values‑led, inclusive, and curious - you care about the “why” behind every process and have impeccable attention to detail [mandatory]
