About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This full-time, onsite role is a great opportunity for someone starting out in human resources who enjoys working with people and supporting day-to-day operations.

You’ll be involved in a variety of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, WHS support, and general HR administration. You’ll work closely with the HR and leadership teams to help ensure smooth processes and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Provide general HR support to staff and managers

Help maintain employee records and training registers

Support WHS processes and assist with reporting

Assist with Workcover claims and Return to Work coordination

Liaise with external agencies and support recruitment activities

Help with payroll coordination and communication with the payroll officer

Contribute to the rollout and maintenance of the WHS system (SkyTrust)

Stay informed on employment legislation and share relevant updates

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and time management skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

A collaborative and flexible approach to work

Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field

Experience with payroll or HR systems is a bonus, but not essential

A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information
