About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Restaurant & Function Manager to join the dynamic team at Eynesbury Quarter Hospitality Trading Pty Ltd in Eynesbury, Victoria. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant and its function rooms, delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Managing and coordinating the work of the restaurant & function teams to ensure high levels of customer service

Monitoring and maintaining standards of food and beverage service

Assisting with the preparation of rosters and staff schedules

Weekly ordering for consumables, beverages and linen

Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Contributing to the development and implementation of venue policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a management role within the hospitality industry

A strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and best practices

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
