HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the role of Client Engagement Officer (ASO4) on behalf of our client, located in Belconnen, ACT.
About the Role
As a Client Engagement Officer, you will provide high-quality, client-centred support to Housing ACT clients across a variety of service channels. You will rotate through the Call Centre, Rebates, and Client Access Point teams, handling diverse enquiries and ensuring tenants receive the support they need for sustainable housing outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing frontline client-centred service via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Assisting clients with applications, rental rebates, and general housing enquiries.
- Processing approximately 18,000 rebates annually and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Managing files, records, and correspondence using Homenet and other systems.
- Responding to client concerns and complaints, escalating as required.
- Liaising with stakeholders to support effective tenancy management.

- A current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration and National Police Check.
