The Position
The Admissions Officer works under the general direction of the Admissions Coordinator The Admissions Officer is part of the Education Support Unit of the School of Medicine and Psychology and is accountable for ensuring that admissions policies and procedures are applied consistently with accuracy; communication and processes are undertaken in a timely manner; and high standard of professionalism is maintained.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience applying policy consistently and with a high attention to detail. They will have experience working with high volumes of detailed work and working closely within a team. Strong communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities independently or as part of a collaborative team. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively will be key strengths.
