About the Role:

Monitor and manage budgets, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring their adherence to project timelines.

Use construction management software such as Buildertrend to maintain schedules, documents, and budgets effectively.

Coordinate site teams, prioritising safety standards throughout the construction process.

Uphold quality and regulatory requirements during all stages of construction.

Identify and resolve system issues, creating innovative processes to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support the day-to-day operations, including team management, subcontractor coordination, and client/architect communication.

You are encouraged to think creatively and proactively, generating out-of-the-box ideas to improve company performance.

Strive to be remarkable, exceeding expectations in all aspects of your work and contributing to a positive team environment.

Work in coastal locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualified carpenter/joiner, supervisor, or equivalent trade experience.

OH/S certified.

First Aid Level 2 certification.
