The Opportunity
Take charge of 2 - 3 childcare or similar new builds at a time, each up to $10m, delivering quality outcomes while building strong client relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to run your projects end-to-end, supported by a capable site and office team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Programming and statusing schedules using Microsoft Project
• Managing budgets, procurement, and reporting in Jobpac and Procore
• Overseeing safety systems via Hammertech
• Building strong client relationships and representing the company on site
• Managing 2-3 projects in Northern suburbs while maintaining high standards

What You Bring

• Proven Project Manager experience on D&C new builds
• Strong programming and reporting skills
• Confident client management and communication
• Energy, initiative, and a collaborative attitude
