Take the reins on a $30m, 9-storey multi-residential build with 2 basement levels in Chermside. This is your chance to make a major impact on a significant project while shaping your role within a respected Brisbane builder.

This Brisbane-based construction group delivers across new build and fit out/refurb sectors, with projects ranging from $1m - $40m. Their portfolio spans multi-residential, education, childcare, health, aged care, commercial, retail, and hospitality. What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving on-site operations for $30m multi-residential project in Chermside
• Managing structures, subcontractors, and scheduling to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintaining site safety and quality standards
• Working closely with an experienced PM who shares a site background

What You Bring

• Experience on multi-residential builds
• Confident leading teams, managing trades, and maintaining program
• Foremen with strong structures experience looking to step up are encouraged
• Energy, initiative, and a collaborative, positive attitude
