Location: YDC Lake Cathie
Regular Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a full-time role supporting our Retail Manager with daily operations, stock management, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with stock control, ordering, and merchandising

Support the Retail Manager with daily tasks

Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and caring manner

Proactively assist other staff members as needed

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

About You:

Strong work ethic and reliability

A team player with excellent communication skills

Able to work with initiative and self-direction

Customer-focused with a positive and helpful attitude

Strong attention to detail

Pharmacy or retail pharmacy experience is highly desirable
