The Role:
Spotter Finance is looking for an ambitious Parabroker to join the team and train into a fully accredited Mortgage Broker. We’re seeking someone with 1–2 years’ experience in a mortgage brokerage, loan processing, credit or lending role who is passionate about learning and delivering outstanding client service.

Your Background

Around 1–2 years’ experience in mortgage broking, lending, credit or loan processing (banking, finance or similar)

Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluent English

Confident with CRM systems; MyCRM experience highly regarded

Self-motivated, coachable and keen to progress to a full broker role

LMG experience welcome but not essential

Work Pattern & Location

Initial 4–6 weeks based in Mandurah to settle into the team

During your first week you’ll be in the office 3 days; once established you’ll attend Como office 1–2 days a week and enjoy 1 day WFH

Full-time preferred, but we’re open to part-time for the right person
