About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our brokers to deliver exceptional client experiences, from first enquiry through to settlement and beyond.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — one moment you’re preparing documents for a client, the next you’re following up lenders or keeping our CRM up to date. If you’re organised, people-focused, and love seeing the details come together, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, check and verify client documentation

Prepare and lodge loan applications through ApplyOnline and lender portals

Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and third parties to progress applications

Keep clients updated throughout their lending journey

Maintain CRM and compliance records

General admin support for the broker team

About You

Experience in mortgage broking, banking or financial services preferred (but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confident communicator who enjoys helping clients

Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (ApplyOnline/MyCRM experience highly regarded)

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
