Pre-Start Consultant

$80k - $100k + Super (Pending Experience)

Our client is a WA owned residential construction company who is looking to add a Pre-Start Consultant to their growing team, who provides services to a variety of clients, from First Home Buyers to Luxury Homes. This role is available as a result of increased client demand and company expansion.

What will this position entail?

• Leading clients through the pre-start process, including reviewing plans, contracts, and product selections.
• Assisting clients with choosing fixtures, finishes, and upgrades that align with budgets, design preferences, and developer/council requirements.
• Preparing and finalising all documentation required for construction commencement, including selection sheets and addenda.
• Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, drafting, construction) to ensure selections are practical and buildable.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, and building regulations relevant to residential construction.
• Deliver a professional client experience, proactively managing client expectations and resolving issues as they arise.

How can I be successful?

• 2+ Years of experience in a Pre-Start or Interior Selections position within residential construction.
• Qualification in Interior Design or Building & Construction (or related).
• Strong understanding of construction plans, building contracts and pre-construction processes, as well as various software systems.
• Full Australian working rights and reliable transport to and from work.
