We are seeking skilled and passionate Motor Mechanics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining light vehicles, and a strong commitment to safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Duties Include:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in petrol-powered vehicles.

Disassemble and reassemble engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, and braking systems.

Carry out routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrication, and tune-ups.

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to test and adjust vehicle systems for optimal performance.

Replace faulty or worn components while consulting service manuals when necessary.

Ensure vehicles meet roadworthiness and emissions compliance standards.

Maintain accurate service records and explain repair work and costs clearly to customers.

Conduct vehicle inspections and issue roadworthiness certificates (if licensed).

Provide guidance and training to junior staff.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification

Minimum of 3 year' experience in a similar role

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sound understanding of workplace safety and compliance standards

Position Details:

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: 38 hours per week

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
