Rentco Transport Equipment rentals head office has an opportunity for a driven individual with attention to detail to join our payroll team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing weekly Time and Attendance
Process end-to-end payroll for 140+ Employees on a fortnightly basis.
End of month Payroll processes are completed
Ensure compliance with ATO, superannuation, and relevant awards
Ensuring employee details and records are kept up to date and assist with HR reporting
Administration of Workers Compensation
Ad hoc payroll matters
Reporting
Provide timely responses to payroll-related queries.
Ad hoc accounts back up
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ payroll experience in Australia.
Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act and tax obligations.
Proficiency with HR3 and Biotime.
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
