About the role:

This leadership position is responsible for a diverse client portfolio. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

• Plan, manage and perform audits in line with the Australian Auditing Standards and the Australian Accounting Standards
• Identify potential audit risks, prepare work pipelines and coordinate resources in order to deliver on outcomes effectively and efficiently
• Perform financial statement audits on a variety of entities.
• Actively participate in coaching and mentoring of a team of auditors, including personal and professional development
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About you:

• You will be a practical and technically strong leader with a strong history of positive people management
• Big four or mid tier experience prefered but boutique firm considered too.
• You will have excellent working knowledge of current Australian Standards
• A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a chartered firm
• You will be CA qualified (or equivalent)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
