About Bunbury Day Hospital:

Bunbury Day Hospital is a boutique facility providing patient care to the south west region. Together with the latest state of the art equipment, our experienced specialists, nurses, technicians and administration staff work together to deliver quality care locally.

The hospital offers a range of surgical services including endoscopy procedures, general surgery, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, hand surgery, dermatology, breast surgery and augmentations.

About this Role:

We currently have an opportunity for a CSSD Technician to join the experienced and passionate team at Bunbury Day Hospital on a Casual basis.

About You:

The successful applicant for this position will need to have:

CSSD technician qualifications - Certificate III in Sterilisation

Understanding of surgical equipment and sterilisation techniques

previous experience in a similar position

Sound working knowledge of ASNZ 4187

Demonstrated ability to work independently within a CSSD department

Multiple sterilisation processing techniques and knowledge of maintaining and running CSSD equipment

Demonstrate ability to organize the sterilisation needs of the operating and procedure room requirements within time frames

Flexible availability and highly reliable
