Role Overview

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a hands-on digital strategist who can manage campaigns end-to-end, oversee SEO/SEM, and drive content and social media initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our digital presence is optimised for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage digital marketing campaigns across paid (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic channels.

Oversee SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimisation, and use of AI-driven SEO tools.

Lead SEM campaigns: keyword planning, optimisation, tracking, and reporting.

Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) including scheduling, community engagement, and analytics.

Plan and oversee content development, including blogs and thought leadership — briefing designers/writers, editing, and publishing.

Maintain and update the company website (Squarespace) — blogs, landing pages, SEO hygiene, and minor design/content updates.

Deliver analytics and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation recommendations to the Marketing Director.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging digital opportunities.

Work across EquitiFund Group brands and occasionally support client campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

Proven track record in digital campaign management (paid + organic).

Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, AI SEO tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).

Hands-on experience with social media scheduling/management tools.

Confident using Squarespace CMS for website and content management.

Content ideation and briefing skills; ability to collaborate with design/copy teams effectively.

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work closely with Marketing Director, Sales, and Design teams.
