About the role
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people. You’ll:

• Support the full employee lifecycle - contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and making sure the paperwork is compliant.
• Take lead on employee relations and performance management, giving leaders the guidance and confidence they need.
• Assist with recruitment (usually 2–3 roles at a time) as well as inductions, performance reviews, and annual refreshers.
• Coach managers to connect people initiatives with business goals and bring some consistency to how things are done.
• Play a part in rolling out new systems, benefits, and processes that make work better for everyone.

About you
We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Proven HR experience in industries like engineering, manufacturing, logistics or similar.
• Feel confident handling ER and performance management conversations.
• Have solid admin and systems skills - detail matters to you.
• Stay calm under pressure, adapt easily, and know how to bring people along with you.
• Care deeply about people and want to see HR add real value to a business.
