Experienced Bar Attendant / Bartender

We are seeking passionate and experienced Bar Attendants and Bartenders to join our team at a brand-new Vietnamese French fusion cocktail bar, opening in early November in Melbourne CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team and help shape the venue’s culture, service, and guest experience.

About the Role

As a Bar Attendant/Bartender, you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and professional environment

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with precision and flair

Support day-to-day bar operations including stock management, cleanliness, and setup/pack down

Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating memorable experiences

Work closely with the team to uphold high service standards and ensure smooth shifts

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years experience in a bar, cocktail lounge, or hospitality venue

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail

RSA certification (required)

A positive attitude and team player mentality
