We specialise in outreach paediatric therapy – delivering care in homes, schools, kinders, and community spaces, where therapy makes the biggest impact.

About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to join our team one day per week to start, with a steady stream of clients to build into a caseload that suits you. This is the perfect opportunity if you’re looking for a long-term role with security, growth, and genuine impact.

What You’ll Do

Deliver neuro-affirming, strengths-based therapy for children and families.

Provide outreach services in schools, kinders, homes, and community settings.

Advocate within school settings to build lasting supports around children.

Support families to navigate the NDIS and maximise their funding.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic, family-centred care.

Who We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered OT with at least 2 years’ paediatric experience

Passionate about working with neurodivergent children & families

Comfortable with outreach/mobile therapy (schools, homes, community)

Looking for a long-term, steady caseload with room to grow at your pace
