Language for Life Speech Pathology Services is a busy, multidisciplinary private practice based in Melbourne, providing services to both pediatric and adult clients across Australia. We are proud of our reputation for delivering quality outcomes and providing comprehensive support under the NDIS.

We offer a wide range of services including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Art/Music Therapy, Plan Management Services, Social Work, and Psychology. Together, we work to identify concerns and deliver effective interventions tailored to each client..

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated occupational therapists to deliver in clinic (Hoppers Crossing) or mobile services to paediatric and/or adult individuals across their local community.

Tasks & responsibilities

Work with individuals, their families and their key stakeholders to develop individualised plans and services to clients

Develop holistic therapy plans within a multidisciplinary team and provide direct clinic-based intervention and support programs.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

Current AHPRA Registration and membership with OT Australia (if applicable)

Eligibility for Medicare Provider status

Current Working with Children Check (Employee)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance (Certificate of Currency)

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferable

Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)

24 months experience working as a Occupational Therapist with a paediatric population (preferred)
