About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Signage and Installation Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Signageworld Pty Ltd in Regency Park, SA. As a full-time team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of high-quality signage for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating a team of signage fabricators and installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

Liaising with clients to understand their signage requirements and communicate project progress

Overseeing the safe and proper installation of a variety of signage types, including illuminated, digital, wrapping and custom-made signs

Providing guidance and training to team members to continuously improve their skills and expertise

Maintaining detailed records of all installations and inventory of signage materials

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in the signage industry, ideally with a proven track record of leading a team

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of various signage types

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and coordinate the team

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as required

Current White Card certification is required for this position
