About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabrication Team Leader to join our dynamic team at All Fence Adelaide. As a full-time role based in our Keswick, you will be responsible for leading a team of fabrication specialists to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of our range of custom aluminium / steel fencing and gates.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fabrication team, including scheduling, task allocation and quality control

Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and capabilities

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to translate project specifications into fabrication plans

Monitor production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements

Ensure all fabrication work meets safety, quality and compliance standards

Coordinate with the wider operations team to ensure timely delivery of completed projects

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a Fabrication Team Leader or Senior Welder/Boilermaker, preferably within the fencing or metalwork industries

Strong technical skills in welding, fabrication and metalwork, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams

Thorough understanding of relevant safety regulations and quality control processes

Ability to work collaboratively across different departments to ensure project success

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
