We have an opening within our team of Service Coordinators and are seeking someone with experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking role in scheduling trades.

You must enjoy and have exprience in working with tight timeframes each day and effectively dealing with the pressures of those deadlines.

Who you are:

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.

Communication is your strength, multitasking is second nature.

You would describe yourself positive with a can-do attitude.

Computer savvy with an ability to pick up new systems quickly.

AroFlo and Deputy systems experience preferred but not essential.

What you’ll do:

Schedule and manage all tradesmen installation jobs from quotation to completion.

Maintain constant contact with our tradesmen to coordinate, delegate and follow up on jobs.

Engage and inform customers about the status of their jobs.

Effectively manage customer queries and grievances.

Responding to emails and phone queries in a timely manner.

Use your problem solving and build strong trusting relationships both internally and externally.

Demonstrate your multi-tasking abilities.
