The Role:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at our Tuggerah location, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, assisting the Restaurant Manager in driving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include staff rostering using Tanda, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will also play a key role in supporting the store's financial performance by reviewing sales data, optimizing costs, and suggesting improvements to enhance operational processes. This role provides valuable leadership experience and a strong platform for career progression, with potential growth into a Restaurant Manager role as the company continues to expand.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in hospitality or retail management, ideally in fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Experience in stock and inventory management, staff rostering using Tanda, and operational compliance
• Ability to multitask and a strong commitment to long-term career growth
• Solid understanding of financial management and a focus on achieving performance targets
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing store processes
