The Role

As F&B Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for keeping it all running smoothly. We’re talking daily operations, training and developing the team, and giving our guests a wonderful experience. Working alongside the F&B Manager, you’ll focus on maintaining high standards and fostering a positive team culture.

You’ll keep your eyes on stock levels and make sure we’re compliant with health and safety regulations and be a key player in helping to drive an efficient, well-trained, and guest-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

You know your way around a busy environment - you’re proactive, love hospitality, and you’re a true team player. You have strong leadership and communication skills, you’re friendly approachable and care about the wellbeing of those around you.

Leading by example, you manage the team with confidence, solve problems and keepo your cool while doing it.

You are flexible with availability, and you may be expected to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
