Key tasks that our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Manage trust accounts, receipting, approving and paying bills on behalf of clients and disbursing funds.

Preparing lease documentation and assisting with lease renewals.

Processing applications and approving tenants.

Assisting our growth team with administrative support.

Providing backup to our main receptionist and assisting with inbound enquiry.

Trust accounting or account management experience is strongly preferred. The successful applicant will need to hold a current Queensland Real Estate Certificate from the Office of Fair Trading.
