As a Junior Network Engineer, you’ll rotate between ticket resolution, proactive monitoring, and hands-on deployments. You’ll help build switches and chassis, assist with client rollouts, and gain exposure across LAN, WLAN, WAN, and security. You’ll step into client-facing work while still being supported and mentored every step of the way. And with funded certifications and a structured development plan, you’ll keep moving forward and growing your skills.

What you’ll need

• 1–2 years’ experience in networking (LAN/WLAN/WAN/security exposure)
• CCNA certification (essential)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with clients and colleagues
• Permanent Australian residency and full working rights
• Current driver’s licence (occasional client visits required)
