Posted 11 days ago
You’ve put in the hard work. You’ve earned your CCNA, you’ve built solid hands-on experience over the past 1–2 years, and you’ve proven yourself in troubleshooting and support. But now you’re ready for more.
You don’t just want to reset passwords or monitor dashboards, you want exposure to enterprise environments, client projects, and cutting-edge solutions. You want to work alongside senior engineers who’ll challenge you, teach you, and give you the pathway to become a fully-fledged Network Engineer.
That’s exactly what this role offers.
As a Junior Network Engineer, you’ll rotate between ticket resolution, proactive monitoring, and hands-on deployments. You’ll help build switches and chassis, assist with client rollouts, and gain exposure across LAN, WLAN, WAN, and security. You’ll step into client-facing work while still being supported and mentored every step of the way. And with funded certifications and a structured development plan, you’ll keep moving forward and growing your skills.
Who you’ll work for
An Australian-owned technology integrator with 20+ years of success. They partner with government and corporate clients to deliver networking, mobility, collaboration, and security solutions. Backed by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications, they’re trusted to deliver quality and security, while investing heavily in their people to keep them growing.
What you’ll need
- 1–2 years’ experience in networking (LAN/WLAN/WAN/security exposure)
- CCNA certification (essential)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with clients and colleagues
- Permanent Australian residency and full working rights
- Current driver’s licence (occasional client visits required)
What’s in it for you?
- Variety: troubleshoot, build, deploy, monitor, and support across multiple environments
- Growth: structured development, senior mentoring, and funded certifications beyond CCNA
- Flexibility: Macquarie Park base with parking, 1–2 WFH days, rotating Mon–Fri hours (7am–7pm)
- Stability: join a long-standing, trusted MSP with government and enterprise clients
