PSR is an Australian owned aftermarket 4x4 Suspension and Accessories company.
Due to the company's ever-expanding product range and continued growth, we're looking to add an experienced warehouse or dispatch staff to our existing team.

PSR has a strong focus on designing, testing and fabricating the high-end product that our customers have come to expect from an Australian owned and operated business. Our in-house manufactured 4x4 components and accessories start life as a bare steel sheet and leave our warehouse ready to withstand the harsh conditions that our vehicles must endure. We are looking for a passionate individual who can follow autonomous and team-based procedures in order to dispatch orders without issue.

The successful applicant must possess the following:

- Current Forklift licence (LF)

- Current Manual drivers licence (C)

- Good English communication skills with area supervisor, fellow team members and customers when required

- Be physically fit and healthy

- Be able to follow procedures and directions

- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

- Have the ability to work autonomously and cohesively as part of a team

- Must be able to operate general power tools

- Show initiative in assigned tasks, with an eye for detail

- Be punctual and posses time management skills to adhere with multiple daily dispatch cutoff times

- Automotive knowledge from previous professional or personal experience (preferred)

The duties for this role includes but are not limited to:

Pick and pack goods for daily orders

Manual handling of stock including some heavy lifting (30kg)

Restocking shelves in down-time

Pallet stacking/sorting and strapping/wrapping pallets for dispatch

Liaising with freight and courier drivers for multiple daily pickups

Ensuring orders are prepared for freight cutoff times

Receiving stock orders and receipting invoices

Assisting other departments when required

General housekeeping of dispatch area

Operation of forklift
