Experienced Roofer - Commercial Metal Roofing

Mills Plumbing & Gas are looking for an experienced metal roofer to join our team, which specialises primarily in industrial/commercial metal roofing projects. Mills Plumbing & Gas are a small tight-knit team ideally seeking someone reliable with a good attitude and a sound knowledge and experience of all aspects of metal roofing.

The role:

As a part of a team, you will be required to carry out larger scale metal roof replacements and roof repairs to a high standard within a reasonable timeframe. You will need to be confident in:

All aspects of metal roofing, new roofs, replacements and repairs

Installing metal roofing systems, including flashings and trim, gutters and box gutters, and downpipes to industry standards

Working well with supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient completion of roofing work

We're looking for someone with:

At least 5 years' experience in all aspects of metal roofing

A high standard of workmanship

Driver's license and own car

Willing to travel to different work sites

Possess basic tools for the trade

Current white card

Current working at heights

EWP ticket would be an advantage but not required

A great attitude to fit in with our tight-knit team

Hourly rate/salary will be negotiable based on experience. Rate range above is indicative only.
