We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Driver / Ground Crew member to join our team on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings through to the end of October. This is an immediate start position.

About the Role

Drive & Crew: Collect a company vehicle at Burswood (Crown Casino) before sunrise, meet passengers and transport them to Northam (approx. 1h15 drive).

Set-Up & Support: Assist pilots in preparing and inflating balloons, managing equipment, and looking after passengers.

Track & Pack: Follow the balloon to its landing site, pack down equipment, and return passengers for breakfast before heading back to Perth.

Shift Times: Early starts (currently around 2:45 am, moving to as early as 1:45 am later in the season) finishing around 9:30 am. Average shift length 8 hours; paid per shift.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds an LR or higher driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

Is comfortable with very early mornings and outdoor work.

Can drive confidently, including towing and manoeuvring trailers.

Has a strong safety focus and enjoys working with people.

Can start immediately and work Friday–Sunday mornings until the end of October.
