About the role

Bolton Tree Service is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Industry-Ground Crew to join our dynamic team in Sawyers Valley, WA. As a fulltime member of our grounds crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and safety of the trees in our local community. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading provider of high-quality arborist services.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the safe and efficient execution of tree removal, pruning, and maintenance tasks

Driving trucks to and from sites,mulch runs and log deliveries.

Operating a variety of equipment and tools, such as chainsaws & chippers

Providing grounds support, including site preparation, debris clean-up, and site restoration

Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service

Participating in regular training to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Previous experience in the tree industry

MR licence

Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Proficiency in the safe operation of various tree care equipment and tool

Effective communication and teamwork skills

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
