Exciting Opportunity: Health Promotion Officer - Cancer Awareness
We’re on the lookout for a driven and community-focused Health Promotion Officer ready to make a real impact in cancer awareness and prevention. In this dynamic role, you’ll design and deliver powerful, culturally appropriate messaging that resonates with local communities. From running engaging workshops on cancer screening programs and lead place-based campaigns that reduce stigma and encourage action.
Who We’re Looking For
We want a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a difference. You will possess strong communication skills and a high level of integrity in maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A current “C” Class driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt, with well-developed organisational skills.

Salary & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary package that includes a base salary of $79,806, along with an accommodation allowance of $7,800. You'll also benefit from salary packaging options of up to $30,000, allowing you to maximise your earnings effectively.
