We are one of the Western Australia olive grower and producer of extra virgin olive oil. Our olive groves, are over 500,000 trees on over 1000 hectares of planting area. Due to continued growth within the business, a tremendous opportunity exists for an outstanding person to lead the next phase of developments in our orchards.

We are currently seeking applications for an experienced Grove Supervisor with strong track record in horticulture. The job Location is at “Avon Valley Olive Grove” one of our olive farms near Beverley WA.

Applicants must have a farming passion, good communication, leadership, planning and mechanical skills in addition to demonstrate the following abilities:

To plan, coordinate and supervise the horticultural activities

To allocate equipment and other resources required for accomplishing the farm activities

To maintain and service of all equipment and building in Avon Valley Olive Grove

To prepare appropriate operations progress reports and analysis

To implement Occupation Health and Safety

To lead with enthusiasm, initiative, and sensitivity without losing sight of the goals that are set.

The successful candidate must have a previous horticulture experience, with sounds track record.
