4 Voices supports women and girls in crisis - those escaping violence, experiencing homelessness, isolated, providing immediate and practical connections for women in crisis.
But none of that happens without funding.
We’re looking for a Funding Marketing Officer who can implement appeals, campaign, and programs alongside the Head of Fundraising and as led by the fundraising strategy.
This is a job for someone who knows how to maximise funding opportunities through strong marketing campaigns and activates workflows.
You will have:
• 3+ Years experience in a for purpose not for profit in a marketing or in a fundraising role
• Be able to work with a CRM to extract data segments to drive appeals/love data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
• An understanding of fundraising best practice, data privacy, and ethical data handling.
• Some knowledge of cross-sectional fundraising and a capability to execute a range of marketing channels, build social media assets, edms, direct mail etc.
• Strong organisational and marketing skillset and have had some exposure to fundraising.
• Willingness to perform some admin tasks that advance funding program development.
• Degree in Fundraising, Marketing or Comms

• This is not a type-cast role where you will be pigeon-holed into a single area of fundraising but rather requires a generalist fundraising approach or at minimum someone having industry fundraising program exposure (Individual Giving, Major Giving, Planned Giving etc) who is excited to expand their skills and build varying revenue streams across fundraising/philanthropy.
• Diversity of work which may include working with agency/marketing to drive data acquisition, support in building a major donor program of work (engaging moves management), drive direct mail and other appeals from start to in-market campaign execution, work across the CRM installation as a special project, measure campaign performance, develop donor experiences through engaging communication channels of print, email, video, other.
• Work in an ecosystem that embraces a culture of philanthropy and gratitude - our supporters are deeply valued and recognised as making our work to deliver on the frontline possible.
• You will be work along the Fundraising and Philanthropy Lead to deliver on a strategy that is sustainable and includes exciting approaches to income generation. Everyone activates workflow in this team!
• You will join at a time when 4 Voices is building momentum in fundraising/philanthropy and will help deliver fulfilling fundraising bodies of work.
• A hybrid role with offices located in Stafford, on-site parking available.
• Brisbane based.
• Salary packaging options - up to $18,550 tax-free per year
