In this senior leadership role, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from early engagement and conversion through to delivery and close-out. You’ll lead high performing teams, ensure client satisfaction, and drive strong commercial outcomes while shaping projects that leave a lasting impact.

As Project Director, you will:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects, ensuring program, cost, and quality outcomes.

Partner with Account Directors to develop conversion strategies and secure new work.

Provide commercial and technical input across bids, tenders, and project feasibility.

Oversee head contract, budget, cash flow, and risk management.

Drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvement across the project lifecycle.

Coach and mentor a team including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Engineers & Coordinators.

Represent company at industry events and strengthen client and consultant relationships.

You are a seasoned construction leader with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and inspiring high-performing teams. You will bring:

12–15 years’ experience in building & construction industry.

Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent).

Minimum 10 years’ project management experience across contracts, estimating and site.

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple project teams and deliver results across diverse sectors.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and profitability and advanced knowledge of construction systems.

Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor, coach and inspire.
