POSITION

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Project Coordinator in Brisbane to join the team.

Some of the responsibilities of this role includes:

Coordinate the setup and ongoing management of new jobs in the CRM system.

• Gather necessary documentation from builders to initiate jobs.
• Generate invoices, quotes, handle account inquiries, and manage project correspondence as needed.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management within the CRM system.
• Oversee the timely, cost-effective, accurate, and efficient completion of assigned tasks.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below

• 5+ years of administration / coordination experience
• Experience working in an Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Architectural Firm environment
• Clear and strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in an Engineering Consultancy would be highly advantageous
