We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep our projects, reporting, and client communication running smoothly. You’ll make sure project information is accurate, up to date, and shared at the right time — supporting both our clients and internal teams.

This role offers flexible hours (school drop-off/pick-up friendly) and can be part-time or full-time.

What you’ll do

Keep project data (budgets, timesheets, schedules) accurate and up to date

Support project managers with maintaining scheduling and status reports

Prepare invoices and track billing against milestones

Manage the support inbox: triage, template responses, and escalate when needed

Handle client communication and support project close-outs

What we’re looking for

Super organised and detail-oriented

Comfortable with budgets, timesheets, and schedules

Good with numbers and invoicing

Strong written communication skills

Tech-savvy (we use Harvest, Notion, Hubspot, Xero)

Experience in project coordination, operations, or admin is a plus
