Are you an innovative Advertising Specialist ready to drive organic revenue growth
for enterprise e-commerce brands? Pattern is seeking a highly skilled professional
to devise, coordinate, and analyse advanced organic advertising campaigns,
blending client strategy with cutting-edge product innovation.
This role falls under the ANZSCO Unit Group 225111 Advertising Specialist,
focusing on encouraging consumers to purchase goods or services through
advanced organic search strategies and technological innovation.
Your Impact Will Include:
Devising & Planning E-commerce Campaigns: Lead and advance sophisticated e-
commerce SEO strategies, including site migrations, structured data, and faceted
navigation, to effectively promote goods and services via organic search channels.
Advise senior stakeholders on AI-driven SEO initiatives to reach target markets and
build consumer awareness.
Coordinating Technical Implementation: Orchestrate technical optimizations for
complex e-commerce platforms, addressing challenges like JavaScript SEO, crawl
budget, and Core Web Vitals, ensuring advertising content is discoverable and
performs efficiently. Develop automation scripts using Python, BigQuery, and APIs
to streamline campaign production and quality assurance.
Analysing & Reporting Performance: Innovate analytics and reporting by
designing self-serve dashboards to monitor advertising campaign efficacy, organic
revenue, and profitability. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and apply
statistical modelling for forecasting and anomaly detection.
Leading Innovation: Drive the SEO product roadmap, incorporating automation
and AI-enabled workflows to enhance future organic advertising capabilities.
What You Bring:
Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven e-commerce SEO expertise with enterprise retailers/brands, managing
complex technical challenges (e.g., site migrations, JavaScript/SPA SEO).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker
Studio, and BigQuery, with experience in data modelling.
Ability to build scripts and tools for automation (e.g., Python, Apps Script).
Excellent communication for advising clients and collaborating with cross-
functional teams.
