About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time Digital Content & Marketing Manager to join the HER leadership team and own the execution of all digital and content activity across our brand.

Based in-salon from Tuesday to Friday, this role is responsible for planning, creating, executing and optimising digital content and campaigns - all with a high level of emotional intelligence and attention to the Salon HER brand tone.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our online presence - bringing warmth, vision, and consistency to everything from Instagram Reels to product launches, education events and email strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage all content for Instagram, stories, Reels, and in-feed

Write and publish brand-aligned captions, campaign copy, and website content

Manage email marketing and flows in Klaviyo (including automated retail journeys)

Collaborate with stylists and educators to build organic content and storytelling

Maintain and update the website (Squarespace)

Manage digital campaigns for promotions, launches and events

Coordinate content shoots and maintain the Salon HER asset library

Track digital performance, analytics and community insights

About You

You’re a creative, strategic thinker with a deep love for hair, beauty and brand storytelling. You can translate visual work into digital impact, and you understand what makes boutique content feel personal, powerful and consistent.

You’ll likely bring:

3+ years experience in digital marketing, social media or content roles

Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Klaviyo, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite.

Beautiful, emotionally intelligent writing style that suits HER’s tone

Organisation and autonomy - you can drive projects from idea to post

Bonus if you’ve worked in beauty, fashion, wellness or lifestyle spaces
