About the Role

We specialize in Case IH Tractors, Harvesters, Sprayers, and JCB Agricultural Equipment. We're currently seeking experienced, motivated, and diagnostically skilled Agricultural Mechanics to join our growing teams at our Katanning and Dumbleyung branches, on a full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing customer equipment across the Great Southern region.

What We're Looking For

Current Diesel or Plant Mechanic Certificate (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology, or equivalent trade qualification).

Strong diagnostic skills across hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience working with plant/equipment in mechanical, manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or construction environments.

Experience with agricultural equipment (Case IH, JCB, or similar brands) highly regarded but not essential.

Commitment to producing quality work, meeting deadlines, and managing your time effectively.

Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Current Class C (or higher) driver's licence.

Must have Australian work rights or valid work visa.
