🌱 This role, reporting to the Manager City Strategy, is your opportunity to shape the future of our City. As Senior Land & Property Officer, you’ll provide expert advice and strategic direction while managing key initiatives across Council’s land holdings. Your work will help bring the Strategic Plan and City Master Plan to life, driving projects that enhance community wellbeing, support sustainable growth, and deliver strong urban planning and economic outcomes. About you:
You’re a confident negotiator and relationship builder, with strong knowledge of property, planning or land management. You can navigate legal, contractual and planning matters, while keeping community benefit and sustainability front of mind. Your attention to detail, strategic thinking and ability to engage with stakeholders - from residents to State Government - will ensure success in this dynamic role.

Position Description - Senior Land and Property Officer
About you
Our ideal candidate will:
Have a tertiary qualification in property management/conveyancing or in a related discipline/field or demonstrated equivalent experience
Have experience working in Local Government, around 5 years
Have a South Australian Class C Driver’s Licence
Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.

Salary range is between $107,544 to $114,343 plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
